Our Fees

FEES TO: LANDLORDS

LEVEL OF SERVICE OFFERED

1. TENANT FIND (5% OF THE MONTHLY RENT ONE OFF): FIND TENANTS ONLY

2. RENT COLLECTION (7 % PER ANNUM):
• Collect rent monthly
• Agree collection of any shortfall and any missed payments
• Provide tenant with method of payment
• Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
• Make any HMRC deduction such as NRL tax.

3. FULLY MANAGED (10% PER ANNUM)
• Collect rent monthly
• Pursue any non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
• Deduct commission and other works
• Advice all relevant utility providers of changes
• Carry out 12 weekly inspections and notify the Landlord of the outcome
• Arrange routine repair and instruct approved contractors providing two quotes
• Hold keys throughout the tenancy terms

FEES TO: TENANT
BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:

Security Deposit: Equivalent to 5 weeks rent
To cover the risk of the property damage. This will be protected in a Government-authorised scheme which Deposit Protection Scheme and may be returned partial or full at the end of the tenancy

Professional Cleaning (if required): Variable: prices are set up by the individual cleaning companies depending on the content and size of the property. Normally being carried out at the end of tenancy.
